With a wealth of personal experience with CDF and a degree in Agricultural Science, Matthew has an excellent background to support him in the Managing Director's role. Significant expertise in cropping, coupled with an extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and food related processing requirements, and good business sense ensures that Matthew is relishing this role. His vision for continuity of supply of high quality products to all customers, continues to drive the business forward.

Emmet O'Sullivan, MNZM, Director

Having founded and run the business since 1988, Emmet continues to provide a world of experience and active assistance in his position as a director. Emmet continues to be involved in all departments of the business by providing support and advice to the Management Team and in particular with assistance in the crop growing area.

Andrew McKenzie - Production & Operations Manager

With an Honours Degree in Chemistry and significant experience in food manufacturing processes and related food industry compliance, Andrew oversees the Production Department. His industry specific experience provides excellent assistance to both existing and new customers and helps maintain an outstanding record of exceptional quality product for the market place.

Nina McKenzie - Director

A number of years in Human Resources and a long history with the company has provided excellent experience for Nina in her new role of Directorship. Nina is proud of the growth and direction of the company and excited about future possibilities.
